All products sold by us are sourced directly from manufacturers or their Indian affiliates. Ever since our inception more than 50 years ago, ensuring the authenticity of our products has been central to our operating ethos and we follow a rigorous sourcing process to ensure that our customers don't purchase anything less than the finest luxury goods.

All our products come with a one year manufacturing warranty. During the warranty period, if you face an issue with your product which is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or issue you store credit. For detailed information, please refer to our after sales policy.

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping (7 - 10 working days for delivery) across India. Your product will generally be shipped via either Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC or Indiapost (at the discretion of GEM Opticians).

We also offer express shipping (3 - 5 business days for delivery), at an additional charge of Rs. 550.

For international orders, there is a standard shipping rate of Rs. 3,500.

We use DHL Express to ship our international orders. In the case DHL doesn't service a particular zip code, we use the next best alternative.

Returns:

Kindly inform us about your intent to exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it. We shall be happy to exchange your product or offer you store credit for future use subject to our shipping & returns & exchange policy. Please note, all sales are final and we have a no refund policy.
